WrapConnect is an online marketplace platform that connects vinyl wrap, surface film and graphics installation professionals ("Installers") with businesses and individuals who need professional installation work ("Businesses") in the United Kingdom.
WrapConnect acts as an intermediary marketplace facilitating introductions between Installers and Businesses. We are not a party to any service agreement between Installers and Businesses, and we are not an employer of any Installer using our platform.

By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive communications from WrapConnect regarding platform updates, early access opportunities, and launch information. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access. Early access will be offered by invitation at our sole discretion during the initial controlled testing phase.
The platform is currently in active development. Features described on our website represent our intended product and are subject to change. Features marked "Coming Soon" or "In Development" are not yet available.
Installers using WrapConnect agree to:
Installers are independent contractors, not employees of WrapConnect. WrapConnect does not direct, supervise or control the manner in which Installers perform their work.
Businesses using WrapConnect agree to:
Installer accounts are free to create and maintain. WrapConnect does not charge Installers subscription fees or deduct amounts from their earnings.
Businesses pay a platform fee of 5.5% of the total job value, plus applicable card processing fees. This fee is charged separately and is not deducted from the Installer's agreed rate.
Payment terms for individual jobs are agreed between Businesses and Installers at the point of booking. Options include payment on completion, within 7 days or within 14 days of work approval.
Detailed payment terms including deposit requirements, cancellation fees and escrow arrangements will be set out in supplementary Platform Payment Terms provided when payment functionality launches.
WrapConnect and its content, features and functionality are owned by WrapConnect and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform (portfolio images, documents etc). By uploading content, you grant WrapConnect a limited, non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform for the purpose of providing our services.
You must not upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Reviews on WrapConnect are tied to verified completed bookings. You may only leave a review for a booking you were party to. Reviews must be honest and based on your genuine experience.
WrapConnect reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines, including reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or unrelated to the service provided. We do not remove negative reviews solely because a party disagrees with them.
WrapConnect provides a dispute resolution process to help resolve disagreements between Installers and Businesses. Our team will review disputes and make a determination based on the evidence provided, including on-site documentation, photographs, condition reports and digital signatures.
WrapConnect's dispute decisions are final within the platform. They do not affect your legal rights, including your right to pursue civil action.
WrapConnect is not responsible for the conduct of Installers or Businesses and does not guarantee the quality of work performed or the accuracy of information provided by users.
WrapConnect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
WrapConnect does not independently verify the qualifications, skills, credentials or insurance of Installers beyond the verification processes described on the platform. Businesses are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
During the early access and development phase, the platform may be subject to changes, downtime and limitations in functionality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WrapConnect shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any direct loss shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to WrapConnect in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@wrapconnect.app.
WrapConnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without notice in serious cases. We may also terminate accounts if the platform is discontinued.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
